Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the misai8 platform (including the website, mobile app, and related services), you automatically agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions set out in this document.

The misai8 platform may only be used by individuals who are 18 years and above. By registering, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. misai8 reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend an account until verification is complete.

Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities
Each user is only permitted to hold one account only. Information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and kept up to date. misai8 reserves the right to request identity verification documents (IC, passport, or other official documents) at any time to verify account details. Accounts containing false information may be suspended or closed without prior notice.
Users are solely responsible for keeping their account password confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. misai8 will never ask for your password via email or chat. Any activity that occurs through your account is considered your own action unless you promptly report unauthorised access to us.

- Any form of fraud or money laundering
Misai8 reserves the right to suspend or close any account that violates these terms, engages in fraudulent activity, or provides false information. In cases of closure due to a violation, the account balance may be forfeited. Users who believe their account has been suspended unfairly may contact customer support to lodge an appeal.
Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals
All financial transactions on the misai8 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Accepted payment methods include online banking, local e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go, and instant payment via FPX.
Deposit: The minimum accepted deposit is as stated on the platform at the time of the transaction. Deposits are typically processed within minutes. misai8 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
Withdrawal: Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same account holder's name. Withdrawal processing times range from 1 to 5 business days depending on the chosen method. misai8 reserves the right to request additional verification before approving large withdrawals.
Bonuses and Promotions: All bonuses are subject to the wagering requirements stated in their respective promotion terms. Bonuses cannot be converted to cash until the wagering requirements have been fully met. Any attempt to abuse the bonus system will result in bonus forfeiture and further action taken against the account.

Misai8 Liability Limits
Misai8 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to data loss, service disruption, or betting outcomes. Use of the platform is entirely at the user's own risk.
The results of all games and bets are final once confirmed by the system. misai8 does not entertain any claims arising from technical errors on the user's end, such as a poor internet connection or a faulty device.
